Delivery

U.S. Customs & Import Duty Notice

Recently, U.S. customs regulations have been updated.

While most small personal parcels can still enter duty-free,

packages with a higher total value or mixed contents may be randomly inspected and charged import tax or handling fees.


If such fees occur, they’ll be collected by your local post office or courier upon delivery.

Please note these fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

1. You can choose from standard air packages by Chunghwa Post, EMS, or FedEx as the delivery method.
The weight of your order determines the shipping fee.

FedEx shipping fee starting at $65.00 USD or higher, it won't show on your order while checking out but we’ll do a calculation based on your order and inform you later.
Please note that we DO NOT provide free international shipping.
Please check our "Delivery" for the estimated shipping examples.
FedEx requires 5 to 10 business days to arrive.
For the actual delivery date, please check with your local FedEx office.

After confirming, we will send you an invoice ONLY for the shipping fee and will ship your order after receiving the payment.

2. Orders containing in-stock items and pre-order items shall be delivered after restocking all merchandise. 
Please pay for the second delivery if you would like us to ship your order separately.
Or place two orders, one for in-stock items and one for pre-orders.

3. Any return caused by personal reasons (including delayed claiming, address changing without notice, etc),
Please pay for the second delivery and the return fee.
We will ship your order ASAP after we receive the payment.

4. Please note that pre-orders require 60 to 80 business days for processing.
Business days DO NOT include any weekends, holidays, or non-working days.
Please check our latest notification for updates. 

5. We are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged parcels once the package has left our warehouse.
Please note that international delivery carries certain risks, so consider these before placing any overseas orders.
If you prefer to receive your package/parcel faster, please select EMS and FedEx as the delivery method, and pay the required delivery fee. 
We can also help to add insurance to your package/parcel.

6. Please contact us within seven business days of receiving your package/parcel if you have any questions.

7. Any tax is on the purchaser. Therefore, we do not accept "an unexpected tax" as a reason for return.
