Purchase procedure.


1. Sign up. (Optional)

2. Your items won't be reserved until the payment has been made.
Please be certain of your information and address info before making the payment.
Any delay caused by information error should be responsible by the purchaser.

3. Please make the payment before the closing day. 
If you need extra time, please contact us before the closing day.
Orders overdue will be canceled without further noticing.
We reserve the right of refusal to any account up to two cancellations without reasonable causes.

4. Overseas customers pay via PayPal or International transfer.
Please be certain your payment has been successfully made.
We will update the order status manually after we received the payment.

5. We will start the delivery after the last opening day.
All orders with in-stock items only will be delivered within our delivery period.  

6. Pre-order merchandise will be restocked within 50 to 70 business days.
Business days DO NOT include weekends, holidays, and any other non-working days.

7. We will update the shipping status and the tracking number in your order after we ship the package.
