1. We'll happily accept the exchange of defective merchandise.

No pre-order cancelation is accepted once our opening is overed.
Once the order is confirmed, you agree to all the terms and conditions and include our pre-order schedule.

2. Exchanging products must be new and unused.

We cover defected item's returning shipping fee.

We'll ship out the exchange after we receive the returned ones.

3. please get in touch with us within seven business days after you receive the package if you have any questions.
